This series of projects focuses on the energy and structural requalification of different types of buildings, from large condominiums to single-family homes, taking advantage of the government incentives of the SuperBonus 110%. The goal was to improve energy efficiency, structural safety and living comfort, while reducing the environmental impact.
For condominiums, the interventions include the requalification of the building envelope through the application of external thermal coats that improve thermal insulation. In some cases, ventilated facades have been installed, offering additional benefits in terms of energy efficiency and summer heat management. These interventions help to significantly reduce heat loss, improving the overall efficiency of the building.
In single-family homes, the approach is customized to meet specific structural and energy needs. The interventions included the insulation of walls and roofs, the replacement of windows and doors with more efficient models and the installation of advanced heating/cooling systems. In many cases, we also opted for the installation of photovoltaic solar panels to reduce dependence on traditional energy sources and promote self-consumption.
Regardless of the type of building, where possible, particular attention was paid to improving structural safety, with interventions aimed at strengthening seismic resistance. The SuperBonus 110% made it possible to amortize the costs of these interventions through tax deductions, making the improvements accessible and advantageous for a wide range of property owners. This initiative promoted environmental sustainability and also increased the value of the properties, simultaneously improving the quality of life of the residents.
