Casa LD is a 1950s villa that has undergone careful renovation and energy requalification. The main objective was to maintain the original structure externally, while the interiors were completely revisited to create modern and functional spaces.

An internal coat was created that improves energy efficiency, together with the installation of an underfloor heating system to ensure optimal comfort. The parquet floors add warmth and elegance to the rooms, while the double volume creates a sense of spaciousness.

The new windows, accompanied by Venetian blinds as sunshades, offer excellent solar protection and contribute to controlled natural lighting. The home automation system allows for intelligent management of the home, while the Velux windows allow the entry of zenithal light, further enhancing the interior spaces.

Warm colors and surfaces, such as dove gray and tobacco, were chosen to create a welcoming environment. Particular attention was paid to the staircase, designed to integrate harmoniously with the first floor apartment, creating a fluid connection between the various levels.

This renovation represents a perfect balance between respect for the history of the building and the modern needs of comfort and sustainability.
