Restyling of a Representative Apartment

The restyling project transformed the apartment into an elegant and functional reception space, featuring a new layout that optimizes the use of space. The spacious living area, the heart of the home, features a generous dining area with a large table, perfect for convivial dinners.
Next to it, a large custom-made TV stand, clad in porcelain stoneware and featuring cork accents, blends harmoniously with the rest of the furnishings. The comfortable and stylish armchairs are ideal for hosting guests, while the sofa area with a chaise longue, accompanied by two armchairs, offers a cozy relaxation area for watching TV, strategically located in the entrance area.
The custom kitchen features minimalist surfaces that emphasize functionality and contemporary aesthetics. A thoughtful lighting design, with integrated and decorative fixtures, allows for different atmospheres to be created, adapting to the needs of each moment.
Custom cabinets have been installed in the entrance and hallway to serve as walk-in closets, optimizing space and maintaining order. The guest bathroom in the living area is extremely functional and welcoming.
The master bedroom features a cork-covered back wall, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. A large bed is complemented by matching bedside tables and a dresser, creating a harmonious style. Lighting plays a key role here too, with both decorative and functional elements. A ladder serves as both a plant and a coat rack, adding a touch of originality and practicality.
The master bathroom features a comfortable bathtub, elegantly separated from the sink area. This separation is accentuated by custom-designed mirrors, which create a refined backdrop to the tub, lending a sense of space and light to the space. The large walk-in shower completes the space, with custom-designed fixtures reflecting a refined and modern style.
The apartment is completed by a large walk-in closet, featuring glass cabinets and cork accents, with a central area dedicated to accessories, ensuring order and practicality.
This restyling combines aesthetics and functionality, creating a sophisticated and welcoming space, perfect for any occasion.
