Villa PF strikes a balance between modernity and sustainability. Built with a timber frame structure, this residence is entirely powered by electricity, thanks to a photovoltaic system and a heat pump, ensuring a low environmental impact without compromising comfort. The exterior design is characterized by clean lines and natural materials, with elegant stone cladding that adds a touch of refinement.
The villa is divided into three distinct volumes: the living area, the sleeping area, positioned on a slight slope, and a central stone-clad volume that creates a harmonious continuity between the interior and exterior spaces. The private pool, surrounded by a large wooden deck, is the beating heart of this relaxing oasis, ideal for convivial moments al fresco. The large south-facing porch offers a shaded area perfect for enjoying the outdoor spaces in any season. The villa is designed according to bioclimatic principles, with a strategic layout that optimizes the use of natural light and solar heat; the bedrooms are positioned to the east, while the common areas, facing south, maximize sun exposure, contributing to natural thermal comfort year-round.
Inside, the spaces are spacious and bright, thanks to large windows offering views of the outdoors. The living area is designed to encourage socializing, with a cozy lounge area and a modern open-plan kitchen, while neutral colors and natural materials create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The villa is not only aesthetically pleasing, but also represents an important step towards a sustainable future. The all-electric energy system, combined with innovative design, has led to a tangible result for the client, offering a living environment that respects nature without sacrificing modernity.
