RS house

We present the project for a single-family villa, currently under construction, featuring modern architecture and strong ties to the local context. The building is spread over two floors: the ground floor houses the living area, complete with utility area and garage, while the first floor is dedicated to the sleeping quarters, with large terraces offering panoramic views of the surrounding landscape.

The architectural design combines a minimalist aesthetic with elements that recall local traditions. The stone cladding adorning the facades not only adds a touch of warmth and authenticity, but also integrates seamlessly with the surrounding nature, creating a visual symbiosis. The contoured overhangs and clean lines of the roof give the structure character and dynamism, making it harmonious with the landscape.

The large windows not only illuminate the interior spaces but also offer the opportunity to enjoy the natural panorama, merging the interior and exterior spaces. The open spaces, designed for conviviality and relaxation, are emphasized by a design that promotes a connection with nature.

The entrance features an elegant gate leading to a path surrounded by greenery, creating a harmonious and inviting welcome.

This project represents a balance between aesthetics and functionality, designed to meet the needs of a modern family while respecting the cultural and landscape roots of the area.
