The building, dating back to the 1970s, has a total covered surface area of approximately 2000 m2 and remained disused for many years, contributing to the evident degradation of the surrounding area. This project represents one of the first examples of urban regeneration along the Via Emilia axis, acting as a model of integrated intervention. The redevelopment involved not only the property itself, but also the urban context, with particular attention to sustainability and energy efficiency.

The works carried out include the remediation of the asbestos present on the roof of almost 2000 m2, the seismic adaptation of the building and the renovation of the facades and internal systems. The external area has also been the subject of a major redevelopment, with the renovation of the car park in front, the improvement of public lighting and the inclusion of new green areas. This intervention has returned a modern and functional appearance to the entire neighborhood, transforming it into a concrete example of urban regeneration.
