Expansion of the offices for Tecnografica

The main objective of the Tecnografica expansion project is to create new functional spaces, while maintaining aesthetic coherence with the existing facade, a fundamental constraint for the intervention. A portion of the building on three floors was added, with a targeted distribution of the various areas.

On the ground floor, the exhibition space was expanded, while the first floor is dedicated to the offices, designed with wooden tables that offer a modern and welcoming work environment. These spaces were designed to promote productivity and collaboration between employees, with a layout that encourages interaction and communication.

The top floor houses a multipurpose space, ideal for events, meetings and future expansions. The new staircase, with a contemporary and linear design, serves as an element of connection between the different floors. Its clean lines and minimalist metal balustrade help create an airy and bright atmosphere, facilitating the passage between the spaces.

All floors have also been equipped with an elevator, ensuring easy and direct access. This expansion stands out for its modern and functional structure, contributing to a dynamic and stimulating work environment, capable of hosting events and professional interactions. Furthermore, it represents a significant step towards the modernization and operational efficiency of the company, responding to the needs of an ever-changing market.
