This apartment in San Marino is an example of minimalist elegance, where every detail has been carefully designed. The living area is developed in a bright open space, integrating a kitchenette with a tailor-made open kitchen, entirely covered in low-thickness porcelain stoneware ceramic. This material not only offers a refined aesthetic, but also guarantees practicality and durability over time.

The glass and aluminum doors by Rimadesio give a touch of modernity and lightness, allowing you to separate the spaces without compromising the brightness. The lighting, designed by us using Viabizzuno products, has been carefully curated to enhance every corner of the house, with an integrated design that creates warm and welcoming atmospheres.

The resin-effect porcelain stoneware flooring adds an extra level of sophistication, while the large sofa with built-in chaise longue invites relaxation and conviviality. Each element has been chosen to ensure comfort and style, creating a harmonious and functional environment.

The bathroom has a unique feature: it offers access to an attic floor, used as a storage room and technical room. To reach this space, a metal staircase was designed that is not only functional, but also becomes a furnishing element. This staircase serves as a towel rack, integrating practicality and design in a single solution. This project stands out not only for its minimal finishes, but also for the attention to the positioning of the lighting, which plays a fundamental role in the overall atmosphere of the apartment.
