GMRT had the privilege of taking care of the redevelopment project of the Kuore Spa plant, transforming a warehouse into a modern production center that represents the beating heart of the catering company. This space of almost 3,000 square meters of laboratory is dedicated to the production of dough and desserts served in the restaurants of the Pizzikotto chain.

Inside the plant, a standardized product is created, with careful control of the ingredients and processing phases. A distinctive element of the production is the slow leavening of the dough, which requires at least 72 hours, essential to guarantee the digestibility and crispiness of the pizza.

The studio also took care of the aesthetics of the building, creating an external cladding that recalls characteristic elements of the Pizzikotto premises. The ventilated facade in corrugated metal, with alternating shades of gray and black, gives a modern and dynamic look. The entrance portal, highlighted by an eye-catching red color, welcomes visitors, while the large "K" of the company logo stands out on the facade, making the brand immediately recognizable. The ribbon window, designed to recall the pizza counters of the Pizzikotto premises, helps create a visual connection with the brand identity.

Inside, the reception is characterized by red panels that recall the design of the restaurants, creating a welcoming environment that is consistent with the company image. The furniture in osb panels adds a further distinctive element, making the space functional and in line with the style of the premises. Here, you can also find work spaces, offices and meeting rooms, with custom furnishings designed to harmonize with the environment and operational needs.

The new configuration of the plant not only optimizes production, but also reflects the company's commitment to quality and innovation, making Kuore Spa an example of excellence in the restaurant sector.
