Project management service for Sushiko, Italy's leading sushi chain, with six restaurants nationwide: Serravalle, Livorno, Pomezia, Lainate, Turin, and Pinerolo. The interior design project was carried out by Andrea Langhi Design, with the goal of presenting Japan in a contemporary way, distinguishing itself from ethnic interpretations and creating minimalist and elegant environments. The work included location assessments, managing relationships with owners and tenants, and interacting with shopping centers and municipal offices to ensure regulatory compliance. It was developed in collaboration with heating and electrical engineers, supervising construction, managing permit procedures, and coordinating safety. The result is a series of restaurants that offer a unique gastronomic experience, celebrating Japanese culture in a modern context, thus contributing to the expansion and innovation of the Italian culinary landscape.
