Crudo is an innovative format that reinterprets the concept of sushi in an Italian way. The constant search for quality ingredients and attention to original combinations give life to a one-of-a-kind product.

The interior design, curated by “Arredamenti Simonazzi”, creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere, thanks to the use of natural materials, such as wood and greenery; to balance these warm tones, marble adds an elegant touch, evoking suggestions from oriental aesthetics.

GMRT Associati takes care of the entire process: from support in the selection of locations, to the executive design, always maintaining a close relationship with the client. The GMRT Associati studio also signs the design of the facade, which recalls the internal concept through plays of volumes and surfaces with a strong visual impact.
