The redevelopment project of the historical centre of Magrata in Formigine (MO) was developed to enhance and modernise the area, maintaining respect for the historical heritage

The aim is to create an urban space that promotes sociality and interaction between citizens, integrating green areas and modern structures. The architecture combines contemporary elements with the historical context, creating a harmonious balance between past and present. The inclusion of squares and pedestrian areas encourages community life and the organization of cultural events

The use of eco-friendly materials and energy efficient solutions demonstrates a strong commitment to the environment, while the integration of parks and gardens improves the quality of life and offers relaxation spaces for residents. This project represents an important step towards creating a more liveable and welcoming city, capable of attracting both residents and visitors.)
